We take pride in our ability to diagnose and rectify faults quickly and efficiently. Using the latest Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) computer software, TOPix subscriptions, and advanced diagnostic equipment, we endeavour to fix our customer’s problems in the most cost-effective way possible.
The majority of faults these days require some computer involvement. As a security-accredited facility by JLR, we are authorised to code new modules and keys when needed. This service is available to both private customers and trade facilities.
Not all jobs require a computer diagnosis. We believe in working collaboratively with our customers to achieve the best results. For instance, if you notice a strange noise when driving, we encourage you to drive it with us to recreate the conditions so we can accurately identify and resolve the problem.
Thanks to our TOPIx subscription, we have access to the latest technical bulletins for all current JLR models - sometimes, a solution can be found in the most unexpected ways!
